Founded in 1896 and operating a continuous camping program since that time, Hiram House ranks as the oldest camp in the state of Ohio and one of the oldest camps in the United States.
Hiram House is in the top 12 in the US and in the top 14 worldwide, according to research done by Brian Back at www.ottertooth.com/Camps/camps-us.htm. Only a few camps in the US and Canada have this distinction.
